Proud & honored to say that I got to work along side #JimDurflinger as his custodial helper during my H.S. days, 1978-80.
Jim & his brother Don were great mentors & leaders, teaching me that hard work pays off.
Mowed “his” field many times on Saturdays listening to #Husker FB on the radio. Unfortunately, I mowed over 1 or 2 of those evergreen trees, in 1979 they were only 6-12 inches tall. Jim wasn’t too upset, just made me do the work to replant them.
This makes my heart happy! Jim was one of the best people I've ever worked with.
