Meridian Student Council adopts a yearly Student Council improvement project. The student council members of 2013-14 not only decided to donate to the Jim Durflinger sign but also invested in a water fountain. Unlike the one that was replaced, this water fountain isn’t an ordinary water fountain. The new one is meant to make filling water bottles very easy. In the upper right corner, the number of plastic bottles that have been replaced is displayed. A huge shout out to The Norris Company for funding a majority of the water fountain. The Student Council and all the students from Meridian are very thankful.
