Escape Room

On Thursday April 30, 2026, the Meridian High School Enrichment students once again were fortunate to be able to travel to Lincoln and take on the challenge of an Escape Room. Escape rooms are themed rooms with a thrilling story, occupants are locked into the rooms and have to find a way out. Occupants have one hour to escape, they must work together to find clues, solve problems and puzzles to escape before the time runs out. Five Meridian students made time to attend this year’s field trip. This year’s escape room was titled Nuked. This room had three rooms. Students were not able to move to the next room until the puzzle was completed in the previous room. Once the puzzle was solved the lights in the next room would come on and the team could move onto the next room. The room was different then room from the past, there were more automatic clues that would appear once a puzzle was solved. The Meridian Enrichment students that participated and escaped were Seniors: Luke Seeman, Olivia Schafer Juniors: Maddox Haake, Chase Schafer Sophomore: Jetta Stewart. The Meridian Enrichment students were treated to a meal at Shogun Japanese Steakhouse restaurant. The students enjoyed dinner and a show, as their food was prepared right in front of them in traditional Shoguns style. What a fun and exciting way to wrap up another fantastic school year.Enrichment Field TripEnrichment Field TripEnrichment Field TripEnrichment Field TripEnrichment Field TripEnrichment Field TripEnrichment Field TripEnrichment Field TripEnrichment Field Trip
