Tonight, we have the privilege of honoring a very special member of the Meridian family.
For the past 56 years, Kathy Houser has embraced change, overcome obstacles and went above and beyond for every person who walked through the doors of Meridian Public School. It was her goal to provide an atmosphere filled with positivity, creating a solid foundationfor growth and grace for each student that she encountered over the past 5+ decades. She has been a mentor, second mom and biggest cheerleader to many of you here tonight and Meridian Public School is forever grateful for the legacy she will be leaving behind as she embarks on her next journey in this wonderful gift of life, retirement.
Kathy, from all of us that you have left an impact on over the years, thank you for your unwavering love and dedication to our students, staff, parents and patrons. Your name will forever be etched in the hearts and hallways of Mustang Nation!
