The Meridian Girls Softball team finished the State Tournament undefeated with a perfect 5-0 record to bring home the Class D State Championship Title! These girls gave everything they had with heart, hustle and determination. They battled hard, played as one, and earned this well-deserved title.
This was an incredible way to end the season, and their dedication paid off in the best possible way. To the girls on the team, you've shown what it means to lead with heart, play with purpose, and never back down. You've inspired everyone watching and left a legacy that will be remembered for years to come. To the coaches, families and fans, your support all season long was truly amazing and we are so grateful.
