Meridian Public Schools

On Saturday, Ally Krumwiede had the opportunity to go to Omaha to attend the 9th annual Opera Omaha Poetry and Music Project concert. Out of nearly 90 submissions across the state of Nebraska, Ally's poem, Enough Exactly as I Am was one of 14 selected to be set to music by a professional composer. At the concert, Ally's friends and family were able to hear the song brought to life by professional singers and musicians working with Opera Omaha. Ally's poem can also be found in a published anthology available in Omaha Public Libraries!
