Today was a great but humbling day as we were able to deliver much needed hay and fencing supplies to the area affected by the wild fires. It was amazing that an idea Chase Bartels and Jason Bartels had in our living room turned into amazing support from the local community and FFA students and advisor. When we delivered the fencing supplies we were told that the family who would receive them lost over 15 miles of fence themselves. The location Ryan Bartels delivered his load of hay to told him that after the 23 bales he received from us he had a total of 33 bales! It is hard to imagine what they went through. Local firemen told stories that you would only think happened in a movie but they actually experienced it. Thanks to everyone who donated hay, supplies, money and the great delivery crew we had today.
