Plant Sale Guidelines
All proceeds go to each individual class according to their sales. Roughly speaking if a student sells $100 worth of seeds and/or flowers, $25 goes to his/her class.
Seed and plant sales will be run a little differently this year. Students will start selling seed packets in January. The seed sales will run from January 7th thru January 25th with delivery date during Parent Teacher conferences - the week of February 15th-18th. That way patrons can get an early start on seed planting indoors and have them ready for outdoor planting.
Directions for Seed Sales:
Patrons can go to: www.janetsjungle.com or you can send them an email with the link and ask them to buy from you.
1) It will ask to enter organization name Meridian
2) Click on: Daykin Meridian Community School
3) Go on the right hand side and click Seeds & Sprouts Online Bonus Sales to browse catalog
4) Click on the form and print Seeds & Sprouts Order Form
Fill out the order form completely.
1) Please enter customer email as reminders will be sent directly to them for pick up.
2) Customer pays via credit card (online) or by check to you.
3) Checks payable to Meridian Activity Fund.
Note… If customers have a cell phone, have them take a picture of order form for their records.
Remember our prices are very comparable to area stores. And you will not be paying tax on these items.
Due to COVID 19 we are trying to limit the contact of our students to a minimum, so we are also starting to sell the plants along with the seeds BUT NOTE THE ACTUAL PLANT CAMPAIGN runs from March 3rd through the 26th with delivery date of the plants on April 20th and 21st.

Reminders:
**Be courteous and polite when asking family, friends, neighbors, patrons to purchase an item/s. Remember to say, “Thank You.”
**If payment is made by check…Take the payment to Trish and she will staple the receipt on the order form. Take the order form to Mr. Adam as soon as you get it so the order can be entered on the website. Some items are limited so do this daily or weekly so patrons get what they want. Encourage online ordering.
