20-21 Sports Medicine Outreach Program

We will be starting our regular visitations the week of August 17th. Please feel free to contact me as needed.
The Sports Medicine Outreach Program will perform scheduled visitations to Meridian High School on Mondays.
We would also like to remind you, your coaches, athletes, & parents that our Saturday Morning Sports Medicine Clinics begin Sat. August 22th and continue through to Sat. October 24th at our facility in Lincoln.

7:30 AM - 10:00 AM
- No Appointment Necessary.
- A Parent or Guardian should accompany the athlete.
- Please have medical insurance information available as usual physician’s fees will apply.
- We are located on 2nd floor of St. Elizabeth Medical Plaza, 575 So. 70th St., Suite 200; there is RESERVED PARKING on 2nd floor of the adjacent parking facility which opens directly into our main office lobby.
