Junior High Music Students at Choir Clinic
On Monday, January 30, the Meridian Junior High Choir students traveled to Hampton for the annual CRC Junior High Vocal Clinic. The students rehearsed four pieces during the afternoon and performed a concert at 5:00 that evening. The choir was comprised of over 200 students from the schools in our conference and the students worked with Mr. Scott Rieker of Des Moines, Iowa. In addition to the mass choir performance, Meridian students performed the piece "Cripple Creek" at the concert. Overall, it was a successful day of work on some challenging pieces of music and Meridian parents can be proud of the way their students conducted themselves throughout the day!
