On Tuesday, March 18, the Meridian High School Choir was invited to sing with the Beatrice Regional Orchestra along with Fairbury and Beatrice's high school choirs. The combined 170 voice choir rehearsed with the orchestra for an hour and then performed a concert of 4 pieces that evening. It was a wonderful concert and a great experience for our singers who don't normally have a chance to sing with a group larger than our own choir of 24!
