Student Council Challenges Students and Staff
The Student Council challenged the K-12 student body to meet a goal of 570 pounds of canned goods to be donated to the Blue Valley Community Food Bank in Fairbury.
The staff rose to the challenge by collecting another 140 pounds of canned goods to add to the total.
The spirit of Thanksgiving reigned supreme at Meridian, as the K-12 student body and staff more than doubled that goal by collecting 1,330.5 pounds of canned goods in their Annual Holiday Food Drive.
